What’s included:
1. Two 60-min coaching or team calls per month
2. Ongoing front office, billing, and patient flow coaching
3. Email & voice note access in between calls
4. Weekly office visits, available for any additional training needed, coming up with additional solutions and hands-on help!  My FULL day is for your office needs only. No rushing through your quality learning time.
5. Monthly KPI check-ins and priority list
6. Mini marketing audit (Are you even visible online? Is your recall strategy working?)
7. Referrals to trusted partners like an OSHA trainer or marketing help.
8. Suggested 3-month minimum — real change takes time but we will take it month by month based on YOUR needs! 

A 3 week virtual project, where we work together to tackle any issues making your practice not flow. This is perfect if things feel off — AR is growing or the front desk is always frustrated?

1. Kickoff call to understand your office, team, and pain points (1 hour)
2. Full review of your front office systems (scheduling, billing, phones, treatment presentation)
3. Custom SOP templates to keep your team consistent and sane.
4. Two team training/coaching calls via Zoom (1 hour each)
5. Consistent communication available via email or calls, and complimentary follow-up calls/emails for up to a month after completion.
